Civics Learning Grant RecipientsWe received great news at the end of last week that our district was granted a competitive civics grant in conjunction with three partner districts for a combined $38,750 to be used across the four districts in support of implementation of the new Civics Legislation. The grant will support professional development and resources in the implementation of our new civics standards, new 8th grade civics course, and the grade 8 and grade 9-12 required student-led civics action projects.
